Review Time
I placed my order on December 13th, and I haven't received any feedback. I've sent messages with no replies. Noticing that my size is out of stock, I suspect they might not have it available anymore. Instead of providing updates, they remain silent. Very unprofessional... I cannot recommend them.
I ordered two pairs of gloves on November 26th, and as of December 11th, my order status is still marked as 'unfulfilled' on their website. I've called three times, but they never pick up. I've emailed twice with no response. The website offers a chat feature, but there’s no option to initiate a chat.
I placed an order on November 30th. I tracked it until it was lost by the carrier on December 4th. Despite several emails to the company and the carrier, as of December 11th, I have received no information about my order, who lost it, or when I can expect a refund. The service has been truly appalling. I will not use this company again and will strongly advise others to avoid them.
I placed an order for two pairs of gloves on December 8th, opting for two-day shipping. Now it’s December 19th, and I have received nothing. I've tried to reach customer service, but I can only leave messages as no one answers. I've sent numerous messages and even chatted with an AI that wasn’t helpful for my issue. I’ve emailed multiple times but received no response. I thought perhaps they ran out of stock, so I ordered two additional pairs of a different style, but still no updates two days later. This is unacceptable. I understand the holiday season is busy, but it's hard to believe nobody has seen the messages I left last week. I feel helpless, with no answers, and I’ve lost a significant amount of money while my son’s Christmas gift is in jeopardy. I chose this company based on positive reviews and their 4.5 rating on a review site, but I would rate them a zero for customer service. I sincerely hope this reaches someone in the company so I can finally speak to a representative.
