Well don’t know where to start here but was amazing service, I bought 2 pairs of gloves as a gift, 1 pair arrived wrong and unfortunately this made we had to change our gift. When the problem was reported I was contacted by the owner of the company and he quickly sorted this out and sent a replacement and a gift voucher. Quite unbelievable, never received such a good service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I would also like to add that the gloves are fantastic quality too, I would not buy any others. Thanks
We bought two pairs of vegan leather gloves, one men's and one women's. They are both exquisitely made, soft and very warm, with a luxurious look and feel. The men's are obviously a little bulkier in shape, but both look elegant. After two months of daily use, they look pretty much like new and we're hoping to get many cold seasons out of them. They run the tiniest bit big, so if you're between sizes, I'd suggest considering the smaller size. I was also in touch with the Customer Service team regarding a query and Jaap was lovely and helpful. It took us a little while to resolve the issue, but I couldn't be happier. I would very much recommend both the high quality product and the wonderful support. Thank you!
Do not trust this company. I purchased a glove from them and it’s small. I have reached out yo them through emails 5 times and they do not respond. If you need to return or exchange their product you will never hear from them. Very dishonest.I emailed the company and they never took my messages seriously. Automatic respond said they will reach out but you never did.now they want to take my review off
5 stars for these amazing, fabulous and beautiful gloves. The leather feels like silk and the interior is so soft and comforting on a cold winter’s day. Purchased and paid for some gloves on the 9th December, have received no confirmation of order, no revert date, no order number but the money whizzed out of my account!! Shall not be using this Company again or recommending. Do not try to call as no one answers.Update on the above, I have been contacted by the Company who have swiftly resolved this issue. Received my gloves quickly, but returned them because they were a bit too small. There was a small delay in communication due to blackfriday, but in the end it was resolved quickly and nicely by schwartz-vhonhalen. So afterall very good service and nice pair of gloves!Thank you for the service.
I fell for the smooth marketing of Schwartz and Von Halen and bought a pair of their luxury gloves. Packaging and shipping is fine as they charge you for it. The issues I have are twofold. 1) the product quality is inferior to most other brands (at half the price) and 2) the process lacks that of a proud glove maker with quality and efficiency goals.The gloves had a cut in the leather and the stitching revealed exposed loops that if cut would undo the stitching and ruin the gloves. When you carefully review the quality of the gloves you can see the subpar quality.The process of returns should work but it does not. The company phone is nothing but a voicemail box. No one ever picks up the phone not do they ever call back (Quote: "I checked with the factory and we're having problems with the phones"). They do respond to email, but only to tell you that you have to prove your issues with the gloves, and 'we can give you a rebate on your next purchase' if you do not want to go through the lengthy process of a return and is willing to accept the subpar quality and defects. They actually force you through a process of having to take pictures to prove your point. Once they receive the photos they tell you that it's not that bad and attempt to sway you too keep the gloves. But if you follow through and go through the lengthy process form, they do finally return you the purchase price (less postal costs).DO NOT let the smooth marketing and fake reviews (by supposed owner) fool you into buying poor quality gloves from this company.
I had an issue with returning some items that did not fit and after initially struggling to get in touch with the company over Christmas, I could not be happier with the service I have received post Christmas. My return has now been processed and a refund received. Many thanks Jaap.
