One you keep sending me email billing.but i pay paper bills when they arrive.so you are breaking my contract.Two.after i called into your Glasgow office about a bill for our old address at 27 skye street greenock.you checked up on it and sent me a email to say the bill was sorted and cleared.so we owed nothing .so why did i get a bill today for the,£45.21.so check your records about thos or speak to your customer relations department who i have visited 4 times in last few weeks.
Scottish Power continues to hound me through debt collection agencies for a debt that, by its own admission, is only 'overdue' because the company was too useless to account properly for cash it received. I've already had to complain to the energy ombudsman about this dreadful company, and may have to complain again. Dishonest companies like this should be closed down.
