Moving house they handled everything for me, even switching the new property to a direct debit meter when this didn’t work they gave me credit so I still had use of energy while the issues were resolved, they helped me with British Gas trying to over charge me. Overall lovely company, great staff who are always willing to talk and help
Out of the Fire (British Gas) into the Fire (Scottish Power) just as useless. Terrible customer service. Failed call backs and broken promises and still no idea what is going on. The energy sector need proper regulation. With banks if they screw up they can be held accountable and becuase of this they are much better at resolving queries. However with Gas/Electric they can do the bare minimum and you just cant hold thrm to account. I reccomend you avoid this useless outfit unless you enjoy stress in your life.
