I have never experienced such a frustrating online shopping situation.

I placed an order on 27 December as a birthday gift, relying on the advertised 7–14 working day delivery timeframe.

While resolving a VAT invoice issue with customer support, I was advised to place the order again with corrected details. On 29 December at 19:00, a duplicate order was placed unintentionally. I immediately requested cancellation the same evening via the contact form and by replying directly to the customer service representative.

Despite this clear cancellation request before dispatch, both orders were shipped the following morning.

Both parcels were only delivered on 4 February — far beyond the stated delivery timeframe and well after the intended birthday date (15 January).

I have since attempted to resolve this directly. My return request (within 14 days of delivery) was acknowledged, but I was informed that because the items were purchased on sale, I am only eligible for store credit — not a refund to my original payment method.

The duplicate order was reported before dispatch, delivery significantly exceeded the advertised timeframe, and refund rights are now being refused.

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.

Great customer service experience

The quality of the products were great, arrived quickly. One of the rings I purchased arrived damaged and not with the best finish, I spoke to customer support who were extremely quick and helpful, offering a replacement to be sent out and a free return.

Amazing costumer service

Amazing costumer service, even though international shipping takes like 2 weeks. Which isn’t their fault. But wrote to them on instagram/email, and I got a respond and had a conversation about my package in less than 10 minutes. Really good costumer services, and they’re good at making you undstand what’s going on.
