I chose Southern Cross travel insurance due to other travel insurance companies refusing me, due to some of my medical issues. Yes I did need it while traveling and thank goodness Southern Cross covered me. I will definitely use them again and also recommend them to my family and friends.
It was really easy to take out travel insurance with Southern Cross online. Thankfully I didn't have to use it, but it gave me great comfort when then were flight delays a few days earlier to flying. I also had great peace of mind know that if I got sick I would be covered. Thank you for the good experience.
