I guess the reason for insurance is in case of need. I’m pleased I didn’t need it but the process of getting the insurance was very easy and the cost was very reasonable in fact I was surprised, so in all I would go with this insurance again after using lots of different companies

Helpful and gave good advice

Their website where they explained what they covered was accurate.When I called about a health issue I was wondering about, they said what to do under various conditions. When I didn't get back to them, they followed back up with me to offer help and make sure that I understood how to go about applying for a claim.

Great peace of mind

Luckily didn’t need to use the travel insurance, but we liked the peace of mind, cost effectiveness and the breadth of cover. Won’t hesitate to use them again.
