It's definitely the piece of mind that having full travel insurance when traveling to a country you've never been too. Also I new, the whole holiday, that if I were to get sick etc I have insurance that would pay for the Doctors etc fee.

I have been with SC all my life and mostly always book travel insurance though them. The thing is, the insurance is not through Southern Cross, it is Alianz. My small claim was difficult with push back at just about every point, so much that i gave up and took the loss. I feel this is what they wanted.
