Lost luggage for a period of time while travelling in Europe and Asia. Difficult to get in touch with anyone, slow response then had to provide receipts for everything that I had to purchase in countries that don’t provide receipts unless you go to high end stores. Bags were delivered after returning home and chasing up Southern Cross became such a hassle I gave up. Costly experience.
