Order 2 sets for Christmas and they were ‘sent’ to DPD for delivery on 21st December but am still yet to receive my order worth over £100. Their customer service team replied but with wrong information. DPD have not even received the parcel from Sculpd but they are saying their records show different. Feels very much like a scam
Don’t listen to those who writes that « this is the best customer service itw ». It’s disastrous. They say : delivered in 2-5 working days. Absolutely not true. Don’t buy this for Christmas, it won’t arrive at time. I wrote them to ask some compensation. Nothing was done to help me. Really really bad. Never going for it again
Ordered a christmas present for my partner, paid for delivery before christmas (ordered on 17th), said it was on its way and the package was in Athlone, Ireland, only to then update to say it was still in Germany (it’s being delivered to Ireland). Received email on the 19th to say that free next day delivery was still available which is suspect to other customers . Also had no response from customer service. If you read don’t buy, spend your money elsewhere.
Order for a Christmas present for my partner and the package was left at my front door. It got stolen, I contacted the customer service who sent me a form to report the parcel missing and said they would replace it. Submitted the form and have had no response/ update regarding a replacement. Tried to contact them again multiple times however received no response.
Honest... what went wrong, paid 2cday shipping and my oder was not received. Emailed support and was told it's in transit but they never answered my question about my credit of 2 day shipping. It's been 8 days and 3 emails asking for credit in shipping and no response. How they can improve... provide timely response, respond to all questions issue credit if they do not provide services they offered.
