I really don't have a true rating at the time of this post I did receive a letter saying that I would be losing all the $900 that I had credit from Carol Wright's gifts since reading the reviews I have decided not to deal with Carol wright gifts this was a great option to see how the company has fallen.

Wow I wish I read before I ordered! Can’t get them to update apt number package!now I’m responsible for paying for something I don’t have! And they said they only way I can get credit is to get items back to them! How can I when I can’t get them delivered! The only thing they do is take your order and your money !! Don’t expect anything else from them it’s always you can do this you can do that!! Talk to supervisor they are the same! So it’s still bad as of Dec. 2025!!!!something I don’t wish on anybody! Don’t order!!!
I ordered an item called the shower Buster along with some cleaning rags about a month ago, the rags showed up and are made of microfiber material which I dislike and the catalog did not indicate. The shower buster requires charging, and about every 5 minutes it stops working. I continue to get invoices saying that my payment is past due even though my payments have been paid before they're even due. I contacted the company to get a return label which in the past hadn't been a problem only to be told that now they no longer provide return shipping labels. And if I wanted to pay out of pocket to return the item, they MIGHT refund me. They need to do better! I won't ever purchase from them again, because essentially once you get something whether it works or not you're stuck with it.
Returning a couple of the items that I ordered. Did the online Return form. Also did the Return forms in the package. The package forms say that if the other side of the form says "Easy Return" there will be a label attached to use. There was not!!. Spent over a half hour on hold at their Cust. Svc. number. Seems they changed their policy but did not re-print the forms!!! Dishonest!!! I had to pay postage for the return to get some of my money back.
My 90 year old Mom filled out the order form in the Carol Wright catalog to get two things and pay by check ($44 and change). I know my Mom has really bad eye sight and writing so it may not have been clear what to do. The employees sent six/seven items instead of two with no communication to find out what mom wanted. They now are charging her for the stuff she didn’t request and turned it over to collections. I think the Carol Wright employees thought my mom would be an easy target to scam some extra money from. I think my Mom actually overpaid them for her merchandise. I have asked for a copy of my Mom original order from with her hand writing. We have offer to send the merchandise back at Carol Wright’s expense. If this continues, I will report both Carol Wright Gifts and Reliant Capital Solutions to the Better Business Bureau and look into a possible lawsuit of harassment,elder abuse, fraud passing out personal information. I also got a text message on my phone from reliant about my mom debt. Reliant can talk to me about my Mom’s account but they can send me a message about her supposed debt.
The return process is horrible! I was on the phone for over 1/2 hour waiting for a return label. The guy acted like he had never processed a return before. He also never sent out my label so I am stuck with the return.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY11!!
I have been buying from CW for 11 years and never had a problem. Now after their bankrupsy problem their shipping is ridiculous! They wanted to charge me $11.98 for a $10.99 tablecloth! Going to pay off what I owe them and say goodbye!
I received an UNSOLICITED catalog which I believe targets elderly women who are homebound (not me). Anyways, I was SHOCKED to see FOUR pages of sex toys/gadgets in the middle of this catalog for elderly women. Unbelievable! Offensive!
My elderly Mother ordered from this catelog that stated free shipping and/or gave a set amount to pay. NOW they are billing $9.16 for shipping as there is a charge for it on the new statement. The statement doesn't state what this $9.16 is for, we have to assume it is shipping. Don't buy from this SCAM company!!! HUGE SCAM on billing! Don't order from this catelog! PLUS-If you don't like the item, you don't get a full refund! they take out a really high shipping and handling so that you receive pennies on the dollar for a refund.
