Always a great experience buying from Secret Compass. They have top notch customer service. While other places will just offer you a partial refund if you received a damaged product, Secret Compass stand by their product and service. They will work with the Manufacturer and get the Statue or figure replaced.That happened in my case. I received a damaged Bust. They asked for pictures, then worked with me on sending a replacement. Shane is amazing and so is the rest of their staff.Thank you!! You have a returning customer!

I have been dealing with Secret Compass for many years and Shane is awesome!! He has been very accommodating when it comes to the statues I have purchased from him. He has worked with me when issues arose or when I wasn't always able to pay upfront. Even during the government shutdown, he was very understanding and held my figures for me until I was able to get back to working again, because he is very understanding. You don't find that kind of compassion and empathy in a lot of folks nowadays. I will continue to do business with him because he is wonderful to work with!!

They have helped me acquire many pieces for my collection that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to own. Responsiveness and customer service are outstanding.
