Please listen. Never trust this store. 100% fraud. They say something and do something else. They have taken money from me and refusing to refund me without delivering Orders. The name of the guy is Shane. Other buyers be aware of him. I am never gonna buy from him again.
From an individual living in Puerto Rico I recently acquired a valuable statue from them and the whole process was surprisingly clear and fast. Mr. Shane was extremely helpful throughout the whole process as me, starting to collect, had many questions and he was more than happy to politely answer each and every one of them while offering suggestions and advices before and after placing my order. He even did periodical checks to ensure the process was going as expected.Amazing customer service!Needless to say, this is the kind of attitude and vibe you would love to expect from companies. I'm certain I will be buying from them very soon. Terrific company and overall solid option for collectibles acquisitions.I really don't understand the negative reviews, and it makes me think it is coming from people who want to cause trouble.Please give this company a try. You won't regret it!

I saw Secret Compass was selling a set of collectibles that I was looking for so I checked reviews here and took a chance. Shane answered my email questions Sunday night. I paid Monday morning and he shipped same day. Friday UPS delivered it to me. Exactly as described. Highly recommended!! I couldn’t be happier.
