I have dealt with this company several times in the past for one sixth scale high-end figures and the higher-end prime 1 statues. Secret compass is second to none their customer service is stellar and the way they make sure you're packaging is secure and pristine Shane is Top notch and so is his team!
I purchased an item from their eBay store. Secret Compass offered free shipping to my country then tried to shake me down and make me pay for shipping after purchase. eBay stated that they must comply with the purchase. Rather than do this they then cancelled my purchase stating there was a problem with my address. Purchase your items from other more honest sellers and avoid these guys.
These folks went above-and-beyond to sort out a purchase for us. They were recommended by a trusted friend that had a great experience, and they did everything they could to make sure all our questions were answered, and that we got a price for goods + shipping that we were comfortable with. They also gave us a choice of shippers (which some sellers do not!)We'll be dealing with them again for sure!
