Shane is the man! Great communication. In the collectibles, half of getting new pieces is the experience you get when buying. As I get older, I want to fuss less with larger retailers who offer promos and rewards programs but I’d rather deal with someone who is solid and will look out for you. I’ve found two retailers that I stick with. Secret Compass is definitely one and you find one that works for you, stay loyal.
Purchased an awesome limited edition print. It shipped right away, but was immediately lost by the USPS. I contacted the seller and he followed up as best he could. I was about to get a refund when the print miraculously reappeared. The print was in perfect condition and packed very well to protect it on its mysterious journey through the multiverse. A good company that stands behind its products and service.
