The did overcharge my account for 500 EUROS with a double subscription and REFUSED to refund.Their reply to a refund request from the client service was:"Due to our local TAX regulations we don't offer refunds for overpayments/credits. "It's important to know that if you decide to do business with them.BE VERY CAREFUL giving your CC to this company!Even with PayPal it's a PROBLEM to get a refund due to a lot of papers required.Definetely NOT RECOMMENDED I will close my account as soon as I will get my money back (it will take years)
Don't understand all of these poor reviews. I have had them for years and they have always been helpful when I open a support ticket. The shared seedboxes are quick, never experienced noticeable slowness like other providers.
Amateur companyI purchased a dedicated server to test the seedbox at this company, but after 10 days of usage, I chose to cancel it. I chose "end of billing" but their bad designed website, needed "why do you want to cancel the service" message, and therefore it changed the option from end of billing to "immediate" afterwards the support is directly telling me that I am to blame and will NOT find a solution to the rest of the money. The company got good prices but their support is the WORST I have ever seen in the Digital era.This is customer support message(names has been taken out)HiYou are the only one to blame as you have used immediate cancellation. It doesn't matter what option is default, you need to be more careful about what you are doing and you can't blame us for it. You were informed that you needed to open a support ticket immediately if it was mistake. You didn't do that and now you blame us for everything. Basically you have requested immediate cancellation but we are responsible for it, bugs on the website, wrong default cancellation option or removing your contact form email while it has nothing to do with it. I've been using seedhost for almost 2 years now and had no issues except 2 or 3 times when I couldn't access FTP for 24 hrs as my IP was banned by the system. Also, one night, all my torrents went red but it was fixed soon.Anyway, I can't imagine my life without seedhost as I use it every day for remote DL/UP and occasionally, for torrenting. I've also installed some apps that won't run on Windows.I'm not sure if there are better seedbox providers out there (e.g offering unlimited traffic) but they are not as cheap as seedhost and offer less storage.Edit:Lowered the score because of the recent and daily downtime which can last for more than 10 minutes.
