Review Time
Until now I have literally had no issues with Seedhost at all, am a client for close to a year now. If you just pay in time and know what you are doing, there shouldn't be a problem with this provider. Also the speed don't disappoint me at all. I would recommend this provider to anyone.I also have had to contact support for a few questions, which were answered correctly. Not sure why the bad reviews here.
Complete trash. They are even freezing a dedicated server that you cant use it anymore. Everytime you restart it, it takes around 5 minutes until they block every in and out traffic without recognizable reason (complete typical usage) or information about it. that means: a) they are observing the content of your server b) even when you arent doing something against their TOS they are interventing in it c) and violating the contract.
Removed my server without discussing with me, claimed I hadn't paid an invoice I don't believe had been generated, then claimed they'd deleted the invoice because I hadn't paid it...? Possibly to prove they were in the right? This company has the most competitive prices when it comes to storage quotas for seedbox providers, however don't let that blind you.... The support should you need it is far from professional and you are better off paying more to get the proffesional customer service. They are likely to blame the customer before they will take responsibilty for their actions and decisions.Edit:After further attempts to resolve the issue the company fails ro respond. i am therfore dropping the rating a further star leaving it as a 1 star review.
Awfull ordered a seedbox as on there site it Clearly states Plexpy as a supported app. Asked them how i install it to be told cant have it on my 7eur a month box would need min the 15 eur a month one then when i said but your site says its support was told if you want it youll have to go elsewhere Shocking false reprisentation
I have a shared seedbox with them for years. Always worked very well. I got last year a free storage upgrade, then I requested another upgrade. All folders were transferred instantly. I got Plex on it and I can stream the whole seedbox on Android TV and phone. Fast responses from customer service. Prices are very decent for this quality of service. I strongly recommend it.
Great seedboxes and great prices but very slow outbound download speed and zero support . No response to tickets and will close tickets if you complain. Suggest paying a few extra $$ and going with someone who will look after you if you need after sales support
