We are disappointed, though not surprised, by the ongoing inconsistencies in Green Vista Living’s representations regarding our transaction.
Green Vista Living’s stated policies changed materially after our purchase. At the time of sale, the restocking fee communicated to us was 15%. Weeks later, only after disputes were raised, that figure was revised to 40%. This higher fee was never disclosed at the time of sale, and we have documentation showing the original terms that were provided to us.
We were also not clearly informed prior to purchase that the panels supplied were commercial-grade rather than residential. This distinction was critical, as the panels were intended for residential installations and delivery to private residences. These requirements were communicated clearly before purchase, yet the products delivered did not align with those expectations.
Green Vista Living has also stated that one shipment was “returned.” In reality, that shipment never reached the client’s location. Despite this, we were charged an expedited courier return fee for an item that was never delivered, which we believe was improper.
Regarding the remaining panels, Green Vista Living has claimed that retrieval attempts were unsuccessful due to client non-cooperation. On both occasions, the clients directly refuted this and confirmed that no such pickup attempts occurred. As of our most recent confirmation, the panels remain at the client’s location.
We find it concerning that products remained uncollected for an extended period while responsibility for retrieval was repeatedly disputed. Characterizing this situation as a simple “ongoing commercial dispute” does not reflect the number of unresolved issues involving product suitability, changing policies, return logistics, and billing.
Based on our experience, working with Green Vista Living has been frustrating and disappointing, we would urge others to proceed with extreme caution.

The so-called “policy” of the company is a joke. How can one explain a policy that is retroactively changed to fraudulently justify taking money that was never earned? At the time of this transaction, the stated restocking fee was 15%. Weeks later, only after disputes arose, this figure was conveniently changed to 40%. None of this was disclosed at the time of sale and seems designed solely to justify withholding funds. We have documentation that clearly supports these claims.
At no point did you fully and transparently disclose that the panels provided were commercial-grade instead of residential, despite knowing explicitly and repeatedly that these were needed for residential installations and delivery to private homes. This was clearly communicated to you before the purchase. You knew exactly what was required, yet you misleadingly sold commercial panels for residential use.
Your assertion that an order was “returned” is also incorrect. Thankfully, that shipment never reached the client's location, despite your insistence that it should be delivered first and returned afterward, which is illogical from the start. Despite the item never reaching its destination, you charged an expedited courier return fee, which we consider improper and indicative of fraudulent billing.
Regarding the remaining panels, we have consistently stated and continue to assert that you have abandoned your equipment at our client’s location. You have repeatedly claimed that retrieval attempts failed due to client non-cooperation. On both occasions, the clients directly refuted these claims and called them false.
It is concerning that a legitimate supplier would leave their own products uncollected for nearly two months while offering shifting excuses. This behavior raises serious questions about your operational integrity and whether you genuinely control or own the products you claim to sell.
Your attempt to frame this as a simple “ongoing commercial dispute” ignores the documented pattern of misrepresentation, policy manipulation, and misleading conduct. Based on our experience, dealing with the representative and the company has been deeply regrettable, and we stand by that assessment.
