I ordered some dress pants from Lands' End. I have been a customer for many years and generally had a good experience with their quality. However, these pants ripped entirely on just the third or fourth wearing.
This has NEVER happened with Lands' End or any other pants.
When I contacted Lands' End customer service, I was treated brusquely and told that the pants were not eligible for any refund due to the 90 days being passed.
I feel that I should be more valued as a customer but clearly Lands' End does not value my business. Never buying from them again.

Somewhat shocked by bad reviews. I had multiple excellent transactions with them from the holidays and thought someone would want to know. Products met or exceeded expectations. I did return a shirt where the fabric was too heavy and it was a no hassle fast return. So pleased after the run around from a couple other merchants.

3 years ago, Purchased $335 Men's Big Expedition Waterproof Winter Down Parka and on 01/27/26 the zipper broke. I realize it's 3 years old, but it has only been worn maybe 2 dozen times. Lands' End told me to find a cleaner in my area and have the zipper replaced.
Very, very disappointed. This was not a cheap coat and should last a lot longer. Lands' End quality has really gone downhill and they could care less.
The "new" guarantee is now 90 days, so maybe you get thru the winter and buy a new coat the following year.
Never shopping here again and will make sure I post to social media also.

Customer service has declined significantly.

They once offered excellent customer service, but now profit seems to take precedence. One of my jackets has cuffs that fell apart. When I sought a replacement, I found out about the new 90-day return policy. They just lost a significant account over one jacket. I believe this is a poor business choice, but it's not my responsibility to manage their decline.

Disappointed with the jeans fit.

I will not purchase their jeans again. The length I requested was too long, and while the waist was supposed to be 33, it fit more like a 34 1/2, making them very baggy. I felt quite ridiculous wearing them. The delivery also took weeks.

Disappointed with the quality and return process

I used to be a fan of this brand. I ordered multiple items, but all of them were of very low quality and did not match the online descriptions. Frustrated, I attempted to return them only to find out that there is now a $9 return fee. Additionally, unless I visit a very inconvenient location, the return process takes three weeks.

Frustrating Order and Return Experience

I placed an order and tried to cancel it just an hour later, but I learned that cancellations must happen within 30 minutes. When the package arrived, one t-shirt felt like rubber, and the other two were too large. I had to cover the return shipping costs, which added up to around $20 for unwanted items, and returns had to go to a specific post office. The service has declined, and I won’t be shopping here again. Be cautious, fellow buyers!

A Once Great Brand in Decline

I’ve been a customer for many years, but this brand has really changed. The customer service and loyalty have plummeted. The $8.95 return fee is ridiculous. I constantly face issues with the website when trying to use my credit after returning poorly fitting items. Prices keep rising while quality decreases. This brand used to embody reliability and friendliness; now it feels like it's focused solely on profit with no regard for its roots. It's disappointing to see this decline.

Quality Issues After One Wash

I ordered sweatpants and a crewneck sweatshirt, excited about the tall sizing. They fit well after one wear, but after washing, they shrank to the point of being unwearable. What I thought was a good deal turned out to be low quality.

Once a Loyal Customer, Now Disappointed

I used to be a loyal customer, but the quality has dropped significantly. The mock turtlenecks I bought yearly for my husband are now thin and flimsy. My birthday pajamas, which were always flannel and lovely, are now stiff and overpriced. Prices have tripled while quality has declined, and then they offer discounts on these low-quality items. I'm genuinely disappointed.
