Collection of my broken laptop was very easy - no packaging was required as the courier collecting it had everything needed. I received an email and a text a few days later to say my laptop had been received and it was being processed. I waited to get an email or a text again to let me know how the process was going.A month later I hadn't heard anything, so I did call to see what was happening. I was told that on the day they sent me the email and text, was actually the day that a payment had been made to me.Upon checking my online banking, the payment was there.I am very impressed with how quickly everything was taken care of, but the communication needs tweaking! The email and text that I received said it was being processed, which I took to mean that they were checking my laptop to see if it was as I had stated, not that they had processed my laptop and that a payment would be made - I think that's where the confusion was.I would gladly use this service again and also recommend to others.
I've used these guys a few times, and each time they have been excellent. My laptop was picked up by DPD (albeit a slight issue with the courier), but as soon as it was sent off I received payment within the time frame, at the amount they quoted! Would definitely use again.
