I actually had a problem with my January order. The delivery company said the package was delivered to my mailbox, but it wasn’t (it won’t even fit in my mailbox). I couldn’t get a response from the shipper.I reached out to SBC, and they processed a new order for me. I couldn’t ask for better, one on one service.As for the products, they are the best!!! These products are the only I have ever used that made a noticeable improvement (I am 56, and I have spent a FORTUNE on high end skin care).The value for price can’t be beat (less that $10 per item, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? That’s the price point for bottom shelf drugstore products!I would give ten stars if I could!

Not happy
Same as other posters

Same as other posters, received boxes previously no problem, no out of stock items, it seems as soon as the shipping moved to the US it’s been a shambles. Initially received an email from the owner which I’m assuming everyone received thanking me for my patience and that they would add bonus items to make up for the delay. Since then it’s been email after email about out of stock items, to the point where they’re emailing to say they’re out of stock of the items they’re supposed to be replacing them with. I haven’t received a box since December and we’re half way through February.

My precious box every month

Every month I receive a curated box of the most amazing skincare products. My complexion is radiant or as I have been told "soft, healthy and glowy" ... glass skin. The box I receive each month is the ultimate in self care. Customer service is amazing and I am very happy I started this monthly subscription.

Great subscription!

I've had this subscription for awhile and I love it! Sure, shipping did get a little delayed after the holidays but honestly, I had (and have!) so much great product to keep using in the interim. I've always had friendly and fast responses when I've needed to email. The variety of selection is great too, from skincare, hair care and make up. For what it's worth, I'm Korean in the US and it's really nice to be able to get skincare between trips without having to pay additional FedEx fees on top of the base rates.

Most products are out of stock!

I thought this was a good idea and would enable me to try different products, rather than simply the ones promoted via social media for the brands with large marketing budgets. However after my research on the options provided for my skin type to ensure they were suitable, with positive reviews, it transpires they are 90% out of stock and the company is seeking to substitute most of them. Therefore I have completely lost track of what I am supposed to be receiving, whether they are in fact suitable for my skin and if there are duplicate product types. So my recommendation would be to avoid, the concept is good but the execution is poor and could end up a waste of money if the products are not suitable for your skin type. Go to websites, or the new London (different company) store and pick the products you actually want. There is no material price differential especially if you end up with products that are not suitable.

TERRIBLE service and probably a scam

TERRIBLE scam do not buy!they have taken my money and the website does not work. It took them 3 weeks to respond to me and at this point I’d asked for a refund. They just ignored that and have continued to send me (very delayed) AI generated emails that are completely ignoring my question.I’ve also cancelled my subscription but note other reviews that say they keep taking money anyway so I’ve had to block them through my bank. this has got to be a scam. Two payments now, and no products, and terrible customer service

Awesome K Beauty box

I have been a subscriber for several months now. My beauty boxes have always been exactly what I've ordered and have amazing products! The customer service is excellent and they are very involved in their social media group. Great company!!
