I absolutely love Seoul Beauty Club. I’ve been introduced to so many amazing products that I never knew were out there! When I ordered my first box I thought I would probably cancel my subscription after one or two boxes, but I’ve received four boxes so far and can’t wait to choose products for my fifth box!
Love SBC subscription Beauty Box. The products are authentic. Full size, great value based on subscription price. The customer service is fantastic. So many ways to contact them. I get my box every month, loving trying korean makeup and skin care. Love the vision of the company of helping with mature skin. It feels like Christmas every month to me. When my box arrives.Shipping times can be slow at times because of the amount of new subscribers. But I dont care. Great things will arrive and im totaly okay with that.
I signed up in August last year and get boxes every other month. Aside from some delays around the time they were moving their warehouse, which is completely understandable, my experience has been wonderful. The products are fantastic as well as being a good value. Being able to fill out the survey and have products tailored to my wants and needs has probably saved me a lot of money in wasted product by taking the guesswork out of trying to find products that work for me by trial and error. There has literally not been a single product I received that I didn't like or that reacted poorly with my sensitive skin. I have found customer service to be very responsive when I have had any questions or concerns. I just renewed my plan this month and plan to continue to do so in the future.
This is the best subscription I have. I pay quarterly so it's a little cheaper and I get extra stuff. I am coming up on my 6 month box! Yes, shipping does take a little longer but well worth the wait. My skin has never felt this amazing! I am a customer for life! I look forward to picking my products each and every month. Trying new products that I would never get to try without this Beauty Box! Thank you for all you do for your customers!
I’ve been getting my “beauty box” (that’s what I like to call it) since August last year, and I have only amazing things to say about their products! Everything I chose so far it helped my skin tremendously. I always had dry skin, and after using a daily routine with products from SBC i noticed the difference, and that makes me happy!! My experience with their customer service was a pleasant one, they are always answering my questions and offering helpful tips. If you want to give this company a try, I suggest you get a first box and see if it’s a good fit for you!
Awesome full size products that you get to choose! And the quality of the products is fantastic! I've subscribed to so many boxes over the years and after my first couple of boxes, I'm feeling like this one is the best by far for both product quality and overall value.
My favorite subscrption. The products I've received have been great. The customer service I received was fantastic. I had issue a with my choices going through and they got that fixed but missed add ons I picked . I never was billed for the add one but sent them to me free as an apology. While shipping was off whole they moved I got all my boxes and all my choices
I can see a few bad reviews about out of stock items. I too had those problems, however this month I recieved not only my Feb box with all the items but I also recieved my Dec and Jan boxes with a surprise box. The customer service has been fantastic and the personal touch of the founder Leo Parks emailing with updates and alternative choices was more than any other company would do. So if your looking for Korean skin care and don't know what to buy SBC is the place to go. The products are full size and premium skin care. I have very sensitive skin and I have not had any problems with anything. I am 50 and I was told recently I would pass for late 30s to early 40s. I get asked all the time what skin care I use because my skin is so good and its all thanks to SBC. They have social media content to show you how to use the products. Honestly this company covers everything. If your curious about korean skin care this is 💯 the company to go with. The delivery time (8 days to Northern Ireland) is worth the wait
Signed up in November and so far am loving it. The products are as described, my skin is definitely looking more hydrated and brighter, and the value is better than other skincare subscriptions I have used. Yes, as some reviews note, in December and January, there were some shipping delays and website glitches which were frustrating. These appeared to be due to moving their warehouse to the US and due to a massive increase in subscribers during the holiday season. I found the company was quite responsive and feel they have done a fantastic job in correcting any errors and compensating customers (I received an extra product in my Feb box).
