Review Time
I can see a few bad reviews about out of stock items. I too had those problems, however this month I recieved not only my Feb box with all the items but I also recieved my Dec and Jan boxes with a surprise box. The customer service has been fantastic and the personal touch of the founder Leo Parks emailing with updates and alternative choices was more than any other company would do. So if your looking for Korean skin care and don't know what to buy SBC is the place to go. The products are full size and premium skin care. I have very sensitive skin and I have not had any problems with anything. I am 50 and I was told recently I would pass for late 30s to early 40s. I get asked all the time what skin care I use because my skin is so good and its all thanks to SBC. They have social media content to show you how to use the products. Honestly this company covers everything. If your curious about korean skin care this is 💯 the company to go with. The delivery time (8 days to Northern Ireland) is worth the wait
My first box arrived and WOW! The packaging and the products were 10 star! I did not understand the selection process and thought that they selected based on your preferences. So I was disappointed with my second box. I contacted them and a new fantastic box was delivered. I then realised I had to select my products myself from a list of options and I added on two options of products that I loved from a previous box. I live half in France and half in the UK and my card changed and as a result they changed the delivery. When I got it, none of the extras were included and I had been charged twice. I contacted customer service but no response, Facebook group suggested I contact the CEO, Leo. I eventually got a lovely message and told I would be refunded the second charge and a complimentary box. This duly arrived but still no sign of the products that I ordered or the extra products I ordered. A bit like ordering a dress for a party and receiving a nice coat in the summertime. It’s a lovely thing but not what you want. The products are very good value and all have very good reviews and the box is well worth the money. However, they are asking for members to give good reviews when the infrastructure is not even close to being sorted. This WILL be a great company and I really think the intention to deliver first class service is there, it just needs a logistical superstar to sort out the kinks. In addition, their advice on skincare is wonderful and their loyalty supporters are full on, no matter what problems anyone else has, they are often shut down. Which, I think reflects poorly on the company. Let’s see how things work out…
I have been a subscriber to SBC since December and can’t say enough about them. I love getting Korean beauty products that aren’t commonly marketed to the US consumers. Plus, I love that the products that they offer each month are customized to your needs. As with all small businesses there have been a few snags but I’ve only had one and it was when they were making changes on the backend but it was fixed within 48 hours.
I’ve received 4 or 5 boxes. They have a good selection of different types of products. I’ve discovered several new products that I absolutely love. I’m also very happy that none has caused any adverse reactions. They have been gentle but effective. Fast shipping now that they are Stateside
