Love this box

Love this box. For me, worth the price as buying cheaper options sometimes results is counterfeit product. I have not received anything that I didn't like, and like most other users have never experienced any issues at all with the service. Please do not expect Amazon-like shipping, but the good news, you also don't have to expect Amazon fraud items. An absolute hidden gem of a subscription, this is not a scam service - those one stars are being super dramatic.

I’m on my 4th Seoul Beauty Club box & I love it. I was already a big fan of Korean Beauty products when I came across SBC. My 1st box came faster than a small package that left Seattle on the same day so that was impressive.The box comes beautifully packaged. I have never had any substitute, but I’m wondering if thats because my age demographic (50’s) is in the client minority, as I do see a lot of chatter about substitutes on social media.The products are truly amazing. I recently stopped taking breast cancer medication after 5 years & it really takes a toll on your skin. After 3 months with SBC I feel like I’m getting my face back. My favorite products so far are RovectinAqua Hyaluronic Essence & Dr.CeuracVegan Kombucha Tea Sleep Mask. Getting a monthly box is a lot of product, but SBC allows you to put your box on pause & skip a month. I haven’t done it yet, but it’s an option you choose in the app so seems easy enough to do. The only reason I am giving the company 4 stars & not 5 is due to the fact that I was unable to curate my last box until February 6, when payment left my bank & was showing in my SBC account on February 1. This was due to a change over in their billing system & not everyone was affected but it took me several back & forth emails with their customer services to get it sorted. They have also grown rapidly in the last couple of month so you can forgive them for a few hiccups. My latest box arrived yesterday, February 20 so it didn’t take long.If you are curious to try K-Beauty but don’t know where to start give this company a try.

I don’t usually post reviews, but seoul beauty club deserves one 💕 I’ve been getting their curated K-beauty boxes for 5 months now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions for my skin. Every month, the box is curated to my skin concerns, and the products are those which people in korea are using not the one you see on social media.Tbh I’m low-key addicted 😅 and get so excited whenever a new month’s box arrives! And yes I even share some with my mom, she loves them too. If you’re uncertain about K-beauty productd but don’t know where to start then start with them you won’t regret believe me.✨

Perfect gift for the wife

Had been trying to pick a nice gift for the wife but was struggling to find anything suitable, especially as I don't know much about skincare. Managed to get her a gift card for a year's worth of Korean beauty boxes. The cool part was that she got to fill out a survey and then pick the products herself so it was easy peasy for me!

Wonderful startup company!

The company provides wonderful education on both products and efficacy. They grew overnight but have remained transparent on any hiccups. You can select each product unlike other subscription boxes. They tell you in advance the month’s sneak peek so you can research each item to see if it’s best for your skin. They encourage feedback and adapt based on consumer responses. 10/10 recommend but understand they just moved their warehouse to the U.S. so expect some minor delays.

I feel like the value of this box is…

I feel like the value of this box is amazing. Full size, curated products that aren’t readily available to me otherwise for a very reasonable price is amazing. I have a subscription for every other month which I feel gives me enough time to try the products and find what works best for me. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.

This new startup business grew overnight

This new startup business grew its customer-based overnight. Just like any new businesses having the same trajectory may experience some growing pains. However, there are more positives about this monthly k-beauty subscription. Delivery timing might be slower but customers are guaranteed authenticity and well-curated products directly shipped from Korea. SBC curates their monthly offering so we know that they are high quality (not duped or faked) that really works. The customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable. Customers have options to choose and pick their own products or let SBC choose the ones that will work best with your skin type or concerns.I've been using k-beauty products for over 2+ years before joining SBC. I love receiving the box knowing that I get the best of the best (most products not available at my local stores) and get to start using products that could work better. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend SBC.

Variety and quality of the products!!!!!

The variety and quality of the products is incredible and unmatched (And I've tried a couple different boxes!) I really enjoy that you get to curate your own box and then are able to access a suggested skincare routine. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
