Leicester Sq branch. What an awful experience. Just very overpriced version of McDonald's and food was worse. Appalling tasteless milkshakes, way inferior to McD's. Everything was an add -on with the price going crazy compared to McD's. Nearly £6 for fries with an appalling plastic cheese topping. My daughter had one chip and threw the rest away. Dirty toilets. I had an upset stomach the day after. Rubbish and a rip off-AVOID!

Refusing to honour offer

Shake Shack opened a new branch in Clapham Common. They posted flyers all across the high street offering a free meal. However they are refusing to honour the offer. Cheap stunt which backfired because I won’t be going back there.

Tip Begging on to go orders is uncomfortable

As good as the hamburger is we were so taken back by the tip begging for orders to go. When we asked why the pinpad was asking for a tip on a to go order the young man told us they were not paid very well so they had to ask for tips. This makes sense for Shake Shack but we are very uncomfortable that they do not treat their workers fairly. This is never accepted in our country.

I ordered a ‘shroom BURGER and assumed it was a burger since SShack is a burger place. I was a deep fried mushroom @burger”. Awful!! Won’t be back!! Five Guys next time.

Not really very good.

Not really very good.Expensive for a burger and fries.Crinkle cut fries are not the most healthy option but I suppose neither is a burger.Homemade lemon drink wad too sweet so another unhealthy choice.McDonalds would have been better.Staff were friendly.Will not be returning.

Not again

Ok , so I ordered a burger fries and a Diet Coke . First of all I think it’s quite slimey adding vat after ! The price should be what you pay any costs should be included , it’s not that hard to do . The fries were nice but cold and stuck together in a lump due to being sat for ages I guess The burger was ok but also cold . The Diet Coke was in a tiny cup not much bigger than a can and cost £3.90 the whole thing cost nearly £20 I think McDonald’s is a better value for money

Friday evening visit

Came on a busy FridayQueue wasn’t too bad but waited for about 15 minutes to collect the order The shroom burger is very nice and good for a veggie option Drink Sprite Zero - standard The fries however were very dry and I couldn’t finish them. They didn’t have any vinegar. I did ask but this is not something they provide
