Shakes taste like milk

Considering it’s called SHAKE shak, the shakes were rubbish :( £5 for a something that tastes like milk. Service was poor and toilets were out of order.

Shake Shack have a major software…

Shake Shack have a major software glitch on their payments system. Eating in? Select a table, scan QR code, order and pay for food. Your own credit card's internet page can state "payment successful" but it may not have been. We were quoted a 20 min wait and after 30-odd my food hadn't arrived ( the others' had ). The cashier could show me my order on his screen and could see that payment hadn't been taken. He said they didn't have time to tell customers that they needed to re-order as it happened so often, on the screen he showed me 20-30% of all eat-in orders had failed in this way without the customer being notified. Lots of disgruntlement, I left hungry and won't be returning.

Small burger, tasteless shakes, cheap paper straws that don’t work, yet very expensive. Not a fan.

Brent Cross. The Fries were cold. The security came up in me and my partners face and demanded we left because it was take away earlier. But didn’t say anything to the white couple who had been standing there eat before us.We moved and he came up to us again. They were polite taking the order then threw us out once the food came. Won’t be going back.
