WENT TO SHAKE SHACK ON RICHMOND AVE STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK ON THURSDAY 10/6/2022 AT ABOUT 5;00AS I WAS DECIDING TO ORDER AND TO LOOK AT THE MENUE ON TOP I ASKED WHATS IN THE SHAKE SHACK MENU SHE ANSWERED ANNOYED AS IM LOOKING TO SEE TO ODER MORE STUFF LIKE FRIES EVERY SECOND SHE SAID ANYTHING ELSE ANYTHING ELSE 5 X WHILE I WAS LOOKING AT THE MENU TO DECIDE TO ORDER MORE . I SAID MISS UR RUSHING ME THERE IS NO CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME .GIVE ME TIME TO LOOK AT THE MENU I FELT SO PRESSURED TO HURRY TO ORDER WHEN THE PLACE WAS 2 CUSTOMERS . I ONLY ORDERED ONE SHACK CHEESEBURGER AND COKE MY FRIEND ALSO DID NOT BOTHER TO LOOK ANYMORE ALL I HEARD WAS ANTHING ELSE CONTINUOUSLY. AND ON TOP OF BEING RUSHING TO STOP LOOKING AT THE MENU THE CASHIER THE TOTAL CAME OUT TO $10.36. SHE TELLS ME SORRY NO CHANGE IS IT OK IF I DONT GIVE U BACK THE CHANGE LOLI SAID NO WORRIES I ATE MY CHEESE BURGER WITH NO FRIES AND NO SHAKE CAUSE I WAS BEEING RUSHED BY A CASHIER WITH NO CUSTOMERS BEHIND MEI WAS GOING TO TAKE FOOD HOME BUT DECIDED NOT TO I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING RUSHEDTHE PLACE WAS NOT CROWDED THERE WERE ONLY 2 TABLES SEATED AND NO CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME I HAVE ONLY BEEN TO SHAKE SHACK ONCE BEFORE AND AM NOT FAMILIAR WITHE THE MENU NEITHER WAS MY FRIEND SHE DIDN’T EXPLAIN THE MENU MY FRIEND IS LEGALLY BLIND BUT I DO LOVE THE BURGERS CASHIERS SHOULD PUSH TO ORDEE MORE STUFF ON THE MENU INSTEAD IF SAYING LIKE A ROBOT ANYTHING ELSE , ANYTHING ELSE I OWN AN ICE CREAM BUSINESS WE LET THE CUSTOMERS LOOK AT THE MENU AND OFFER TOPPINGS AND NEVER SAY THAT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH SUCH AN AMAZING BURGER PLACE THAT I LOVE
Do not make a order 2 times lost money shack said not there fault paid last week twice can't get money back again cos driver gone sick im disabled can't get there why last time ever go burger shack bexhill on sea staff not very helpful wonder if I get money back.
Unappealing food and very expensive - Paid £20 for a small burger, small hotdog and 2 cokes - really was not worth the money at all. In a yellow buttery bun and hotdog looked overcooked - wish I had gone to McDonalds instead - staff were not friendly either - Very Poor - don't bother I went to the one on cannon street and after my son had his hotdog had a bad stomach all day
Covent Garden deserves to be shut down for good or at least CHANGE THE GM!!!!The GM has a horrible attitude I waited for my food for nearly 30+ minutes and then they made a mistake on my order but there was a sweetheart on windows who helped. I just have to say she honestly deserves a raise. She was so understanding and tried to reassure me that everything will be fine. I believe I must tell you guys to commend her for this as the GM clearly didn't even care. I hope someone passes the message to the girl that I really apprieciate what she did. She said she is known as T so tops off to T from Covent Garden you were a superstar for me yesterday especially how she dealt with all the customers demanding where their food was.
