Total rip off !! Went to see a show in London afterwards my daughter wanted to go to shake shack in Victoria for a burger well what can I say over hyped and over priced I had 6 chicken nuggets which were tepid and tasteless. Some chipotle crinkle cut chips which were awful. Cost £32 which I could have had a better meal at Mac Donald’s. Don’t waste your money will definitely not go to a shake shake ever again !! Also there toilets should come with government health warning. 🤢🤮
I went to Shake Shack on Argyll Street. Never again!!1. When ordering on a touch screen they wanted address, phone, number email!!! I only wanted a cheeseburger so skipped the data and paid. A font 2 receipt on the screen confirmed my order with a 6 digit number which I onbiously did not record2. Went to the counter and my order was not there. Showed the bank transaction, They called the manager. 10 minutes later I get a cheeseburger the size of McDonalds, just 7x more expensive £8.95 for a patty, cheese and bun...no sauce, nothing!!3. Returned to the counter asking why the pictures showed lettuce/tomatoes/sauce/ect...I was told, you asked for a cheeseburger!!! Luckily the manager was smart enough to change itOverall, 10 minutes to get a cheeseburger the size & quality of McDonalds just 6x more expensive.
