The chicken shack was satisfactory.The fresh lemonade was good but stop cheating by filling the cup with 60% of ice cubes then the rest the juice.This should be called food dishonesty!

Our party of 10 of visited the Shake…

Our party of 10 of visited the Shake Shack in Canary Wharf. We were looked after by a gentleman called Zuber who was excellent. Our food arrived promptly and all the diffferent burgers and drinks were sorted in their respective categories by Zuber which made it very easy to distribute. Altogether an excellent experience and we will return.

Just don’t

Please don’t waste your time and money on their burgers. Beef patties were dryer than Trill Burgers, and they didn’t even toast their buns. On top of coming short of mediocre, they give you crinkle fries. So disappointed.

I ordered a vegetarian burger in Gatwick airport and a lemonade and both were excellent. And the staff were very kind and helpful.The area was clean and a very kind staff came to clean my table.Great experience thank you

Ordered 2 cheese Hamburgers, one single,one double, plus drink and fries, Both burgers were flat and burned Very disappointed for quality..For the 28 dollars I paid for burned paper thin burgers..I wasted my money..I will never come here again! R.Sosa

Awesome burger experience.

It’s actually a pretty great burger joint that I discovered for myself fairly recently.I'd even say that among the burgers I have tried, Shake Shack is up there at the top.It can certainly compete with the gourmet burger places.

Went to the new one in GrandPrairie TX…

Went to the new one in GrandPrairie TX and UT was awful 😖. The burgers were tiny the lettuce and everything was half off the burger and it was not even warm and the fries were almost cold. The shakes were like milk and just didn't taste right. Also it was very expensive for a fast food place. Will not go back!!!! Ever!!!!

Absolutely awful - no other words. Expensive rip off prices for probably the worst breakfast bun I’ve ever had the mispleasure of eating. And the latte wasn’t much better
