Review Time
Taste is great, I just hoped there was more choices in their menu. I love their milkshake and it was a perfect snack for a humid day during my vacation in Macau. I even bought some souvenirs from their shop, I'm not sure if other countries has it or if it's exclusive in Macau.
I would give zero stars if i could...First time and WILL NEVER GO BACK... the only thing that was convenient was the kiosk and maybe someone pulling off so I got a pretty good parking spot..So let's get to it...I ordered a double stack fries and a LG Yuzu 50/50...I dont know where to begin so here I go...The double stack was completely lifeless meaning absolutely no flavor but it was full of grease so I guess that was the flavor then I asked for stack sauce on the side as well as on the sandwich nope and they only gave me a squirt of the sauce so that was messed up so let's get to the fries...are those Orieda fries 🤔 with no salt or nothing just fries...wow I spent almost $20 to be completely disappointed..someone said they were in comparison to 5 Guys and the lie detector says thts a lie I don't care for 5 guys but I would eat there everyday before I go back there....
The name of the store is Shake Shack. You have a big sign in front of the entrance offering three different Holiday Shakes. We went in and was told you were not making Shakes that day. What?! Is this a joke?! No one available to take an order. Had to use the Kiosk. Shakes were not on the Menu. We turned around and left. How embarrassed you must be. You should just call it “Shack.” I will never be back to any location,
We have been going to shake shack Brent Cross for over a year and always been happy. Very nice staff and open space. Manager is always available and helpful and. Last night we were given two vouchers to have free burgers next time just to be a loyal customer. Nice gesture.
Brent Cross branch. Menu was difficult to understand. No children’s options. Couldn’t order 2 out of 3 desserts because there was no toffee. Chips were good but burger was tiny and you had to ask for lettuce, pickles etc which we didn’t realise. Strawberry milkshake had no strawberry flavour and too creamy for my son. Really disappointed.
