My initial order was shipped quickly and got to me in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, the bras I ordered were a size too big (not the company’s fault, my fault- I have been nursing for 14 months and wearing nursing bras and didn’t know what size I needed). Customer service got with me extremely fast and offered me replacement bras in a smaller size as long as I paid shipping. They got back with me within 12 hours of my initial email and had a solution with a new order already ready to go within a day. I felt like they really valued me as a customer, and wanted to take care of me and get me a product I could wear and be comfortable in. I will absolutely be ordering from them again and would recommend to anyone shopping for under garments.
