Wow. Just… wow. If you’re looking for a masterclass in how not to run a business, look no further, this company has perfected it.I placed an order back in September and never even received an order confirmation email. Cute, right? Since then, every time I reached out, I got a brand-new story. First, my order was “on the way.” Then suddenly there was “an issue.” And now? They’ve basically shrugged, dusted their hands off, and acted like the whole thing is somehow my problem. Love that customer service flair!Still no product. Still no refund. But hey, the creativity in excuses? Five stars.Actual service? Not even close.If you enjoy mystery, suspense, and disappointment, this is the shop for you. If you prefer receiving things you pay for… maybe try literally anywhere else.
The ordering process was fine but delivery was slow. The returns policy is poor, making no allowances for the need to try and return based on fit. One bra is faulty but only realised this after disposing of packaging so ineligible for return. Another has had the wire pop through after a couple of wears. Mild to moderately supportive bras. I won’t be ordering from this company again!
