Sizing chart is WAY off. I measured as indicated in the instructions, once I got my order I was spilling all over the place. No returns. No refunds and even if they accept to give you a refund conditions are ridiculous. No customer service so their strategy is literally to tire you until you give up.
I like the product, but it isn’t quite the right size (even though I measured) and since it isn’t faulty or damaged it doesn’t qualify to be returned. That’s a shame because I can’t afford to keep ordering until I get the right fit. For this reason, I would never recommend this company to a friend.
