Review Time
If you don't take any negative review here seriously, please take mine seriously. I never write reviews unless they are good. But these people, they played me. They are the biggest scam. DONOT purchase from them. Please. I made 3 orders and they sent me an email saying they only had 2 and that I should pick something else from the website to replace the 3rd item. I said no, I only want what I want and if they don't have it, they can send the other 2 and then give me a refund for the 3rd. They kept insisting that I pick a new 3rd item and I declined. Mind you, I paid for express shipping because of time constraint. All that back and forth made me miss the event these items were meant for and they ended up only shipping 2 of those items. I have since then reached out to them asking for a refund for the 3rd item and they have ghosted me. Nobody is responding to me. I am beyond livid. I have contacted my bank to see if they can get my money back. I really hate dishonest people. I hope they reap what they sow one say. I will NEVER purchase anything from this site again, even if it costs a bloody cent. I will make sure to spread the word as well that nobody should buy from shapshe.
I ordered 3 pairs of pants on Dec 25th. I never received them. I reached out multiple times regarding my shipment. I thought maybe it got lost in the holiday mail. It's been over a month and still no response. I am out of my money because of this scamming company. This is poor business. Then the website has the nerve to say easy returns within 30 days.
