I paid $78.40 for an order that was never delivered. The package was returned to the merchant due to an address issue. Instead of resending the order or issuing a refund, the company stated they would destroy the item and only offered a discount for a future purchase.Keeping both the product and the customer’s money is unacceptable. This is poor customer service and an unfair business practice. I do not recommend this store.
My experience with Shapshe was honestly terrible. I bought two items and both were completely the wrong size. When I contacted customer service, instead of helping me, they basically told me I was out of luck. Their exact message was that it’s “impossible” to return the merchandise because they are in China, so I have to keep the products even though they don’t fit my body.This is unacceptable. If a company sells internationally, they should have a real return or exchange policy, not just take your money and leave you stuck with items you can’t use. It feels like a scam. The quality didn’t match the price, the sizing was off, and the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional.I highly recommend avoiding this company. Save your time, money, and frustration — shop somewhere that actually respects customers and stands behind what they sell.
