I initiated a return the same day I received it, but the company refused to honor it.What’s worse: after I left an honest review on Truepilot, they responded publicly with an apology — which I appreciated. But privately, they sent me an email offering 30% of the cost back only if I deleted my review.This experience raises serious red flags about how the company handles feedback and treats customers. I offered to return the product at my own shipping expense just to get a full refund, but even that was refused.To me, this isn’t just about the bra — it’s about transparency and ethics. Offering money to silence reviews undermines trust for everyone.
I purchased an item from your website and got no email confirmation for my purchase and now the email provided isn’t a working email and phone number has12 numbers which isn’t a good sign, I need a refund or my order but shapeshe customer service is useless no contact number works
After writing a review on here I requested a refund for the express shipping and couldn't get one. Then I sent an email about returning the items and received the same email everyone has been receiving about shipping it myself and how it would be tooooo expensive for me to send back. But I was offered 20% to buy something else. These ppl are so full of it or must be high on something. There should be a class action lawsuit against them. Anyone on here know a lawyer willing to take them on???
It took forever to receive the two items I purchased. Weeks! And when it got here it fit so terribly, there’s no way I could fix it myself. Weird gaps, way too big for my size, quality, etc.. I asked to return the items, but they said it was too expensive for me to return. I would have to return my items to China, even though the shipment came from the states! I paid $100 for those two pair of jeans. There’s no way shipment overseas would cost that much to return my items. I insisted on the return anyway, and the company ghosted me. No response, and I have kept emailing for the details. Would never buy from them again.
Updated! I finally got the faja after almost a month and I wanted to return since its doesn't do a good job on faja after LIPO, easily create deep creases & it took too long and I already bought from somewhere else who deliver within a week or less. So I contacted the customer service about the return, they replied with " u have to return by yourself" or they don't do return. what?? They wanted me bring it direct to China to return.? Lol . so they basically DON'T DO RETURN!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. U WILL NEVER GET IT DELIVERED. They said it takes a week or 2weeks to get the order but it's been 3 weeks, I haven't got any shipping confirmation from them after paying. I contacted the customer service but they sent me the tracking number that doesn't show anything relate to the order and it's nowhere on the map. Looks like a scam
They have no return policy its a lie! Do not get scammed like I did. They will not refund or give you store credit, they will not give you an address to return the items, instead they will ask that you buy more items and they will offer you a future 20% off. I amcopying their response to my request to return two pairs of super low quality pants that are huge (although size small). The clothes look nothing like what is shown on their site photos.Their response:It's very sorry to hear that the items were not suita ble for you.According to our return policy, I am afraid that you need to return the items yourself. Please kindly no te that the return shipping fee would be much mor e expensive. Therefore, it's not cost-effective. For this issue, I suggest you keep these i tems and re-order for the suitable size. Since we really value yo u as our customer, we would like to honor you a 2 0% discount for your next order. May I have your o pinion?Looking forward to hearing from you soon!Vicky206
