Update: Almost 3 months later and still no resolution. Continuing to work with credit card company. Would not recommend this company.Update: Submitted a charge back via the credit card company because I continue to receive responses to my refund request in which Shapshe is offering to give me my money back once I remove the negative review on this site.OP:Submitted an order, card was charged, nothing received. Wrote to customer service, they responded quickly to tell me that the products I ordered were "our new style so they take a few longer time to prepare for you. We have marked the prioroty delivery for you." The need for this product came and went and I requested a cancellation and am now in a back-and-forth email conversation where they are offering me discounts on additional purchases if I keep my order and are now telling me there is a 15% handling fee for the order they have yet to handle if I continue to request it be cancelled. The website has many disclaimers about the company not being responsible for what is on the website.
I wish I could give them zero stars. Why do we allow these companies to pose as reputable American companies when they ship from overseas? I purchased a jumpsuit which was made way too small. I didn’t even want a refund I wanted a larger size. I was told, sorry, we cannot take returns because we are in China, but you can buy another jumpsuit and we’ll give you 20% off. I’m sending the jumpsuit back to their NEW YORK address it came from. This company is a scam and they are thieves. They really need to be banned from advertising on our platforms.
This place is a scam. I have been trying to contact them via email and phone. My order had a terrible fit a large is more like a small. They have not returned my emails I purchased on Klarna I wish I could stop my payments!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They responded and informed me a refund would cost me more money and told me to repurchase the items with a 20% discount.. do yourself a favor and run run run.. I just got robbed
I ordered two bras from shapshe. The website directs you to email for returns. The email I received back asked for pictures “because they needed to check the warehouse” before telling me where to return the items. The next email suggested I keep the items and buy more with a 20% coupon. This is a fast fashion hustle and I will never order from them again.
Terrible company. Do not purchase as they refuse to help if there is a problem. My package was never delivered. The shipping company refuses to take a complaint. Shapshe refuses to reimburse so I'm out over $80 for products never received. Total scam!!!!!
