Now, it's the 10th of January, and I haven't received any updates on my claim's status. I've been paying this company for several years without making a claim, but now that I need them to honor my policy, they are reviewing my entire health history. For anyone considering income insurance, be sure to choose a company that verifies your health history before you start paying.
