I’m certain the reviews on not genuine. I have used the device a few times and it’s so painful, even in the lowest setting. I ordered the cellulite device and conductor gel but unfortunately my order never arrived! I must have emailed a dozen times over a few months and after a slow response someone would reply to say it was an issue with shipping and I would receive my order soon but after 8 months I’ve given up. Please be careful not to waste your money like I did! Shame because I was really excited to give this a go.

I placed an order on 3/10 and it was “in transit” in the same state that I live in for weeks. I finally reached out to the company on 3/30 and they said they would investigate the status of the order and get it shipped out to me. It is 4/17 and it still shows “in transit” in the same location and hasn’t actually been shipped. I reached out to the company again and just asked for a refund since I don’t have my order after over a month and have gotten no response.
