Review Time
I ordered on the 14th it’s now the 24th, usps just states awaiting package and it’s been in Jamaica, NY for over a week (supposedly awaiting package. This is where the label was created. Then it now says Fairfield, NJ, but also apps fly awaiting package. I have emailed Shevitalityshop after reading all the reviews and I can definitely say im worried this is a scam. My order number and tracking number says not found on their website. However, they responded only twice saying it’s on its way, then said 4 working days. But now upon researching who the shipper is Habit Parcel é business, this shipping company has been labeled a scam, never delivering, stealing packages, people wait a minimum wait of a month to two months, and there’s absolutely no way of tracking your item because usps never says received package. It’s always awaiting item. I had asked the company for a refund and told them I would contact my bank to reverse the charge and they never emailed me back. This was last week. I am genuinely concerned that this may be a scam. For those who actually received their packages in the US can you please share how long it took to arrive or be delivered? Reddit also posted about these issues.

I was using the device for about 2 weeks. 5 minutes daily - about 70 minutes lifetime. Then it stopped working at all.According to the information this accompany is sharing, you are going to see the first results after 4 weeks. However, the satisfaction-guarantee is 30 days valid. :)Huge scam. Don't buy this product. Waste of money.

This business is a scam. Placed order and nothing was received. The only way to get in touch with anyone is by email, which they say the same thing over and over again. Still with no movement. The company is quick to take your money but nothing to show or ship to their customers. Bad business. Save yourself the headache and do not do business with this company. I hope more of us submit complaints, reviews to help others from making the same bad mistake. I am taking this one step forward and filing a complaint with the BBB.

This product is a total scam - I never received it! I’ve been in contact with the carrier for the last month. They repeatedly told me to keep waiting 8 to 10 business days. After the third email, I looked up the product reviews and was sad to see that many clients have undergone the same experience. It’s terrible that people pray on others that just wanted to feel better in their skin. Save your money and do not buy! *******This is a major scam alert*******
