Review Time
This product is a total scam - I never received it! I’ve been in contact with the carrier for the last month. They repeatedly told me to keep waiting 8 to 10 business days. After the third email, I looked up the product reviews and was sad to see that many clients have undergone the same experience. It’s terrible that people pray on others that just wanted to feel better in their skin. Save your money and do not buy! *******This is a major scam alert*******
I placed my order on March 11. It is now April 28th and I have not received my items. I reached out to the company several times through emails and the response has been due to a high demand the product was delayed and it didn’t clear customs however I can see that it has been in Fairfield NJ since March 20. I requested a refund or the product and have received neither. I edited my review to include the following: after she vitality responded and said they would issue a refund or expedite my order to me as of today May 16,2025 I have not received my order or a refund!

When I send an email to check up on it I was first told they had a mix up in packages due to high volume of orders then I was told it was stuck in US customs. But the tracking shows it's been in New Jersey for weeks. Not sure what they have going on. But don't waist your money next time I order I will order from a company in the US lesson learned. Poor customer service.
I ordered over a month ago and have not received my order, only response I get is we are sorry for the delay but your order has shipped. I haven’t received any shipping notices or tracking numbers. Be aware of sending any money to this company.

Nothing short of torture!! Ended up with bruised thighs, The suction does not glide off as shown in the ad!! It sucks in your skin and you have to use force to drag it off! Absolute agony!! Waste of money. I don’t understand all of the positive reviews on this!!
