Ordered my massager in October 2024 £44, still hadn’t arrived in December I asked for my money back they refused as the order had been shipped from China! Just check again now 3rd January 2025, reply again is ‘ we are sorry for the delays you are experiencing, I have passed this matter onto our shipping department and will know asap. Have a lovely day ‘!! Obviously I am not having a lovely day and this is the third time in as many months they have passed by enquiry on!!!!!I can’t have a refund, and I don’t have my massager I really don’t think I am being unreasonable as it is for sale with immediate delivery on Amazon. Very dissatisfied and disappointed customer!!! January 2025I have now received a full refund and a promise of a’resend’ to replace lost massager I have increased the star rating as they at least refunded my money in full after nearly 4 months so I have increased the star rating to 2 if I ever receive the massager I will increase the star rating again.20 Feb 2025Still waiting for massager to arrive either the first one ordered last year or the reordered one by the company which was promised in addition to refund for goodwill. Absolutely nothing from Shevitality regarding updates totally useless company, item comes from China,I have had items from other companies from China and they arrived in 2 weeks. I got an email saying they wanted me to review my posting and star rating but I have reduced it to one again because of the time elapsed and dreadful communication and delivery. Save your money and buy direct from Amazon same item on offer in green and states it is sent from China but at least you have the Amazon support
