Review Time
I ordered on 29 January 2025, their email confirmation said 7 day delivery. After 10 days I began trying to track the order no success. I emailed the they said it's on thecwas, it's the distributor's error, the shipping company's error, track on Shop website, check Shevitality's website. All without success actually the Shevitality website said cannot find order. After exchanging emails for over a week and given a different story with each response I advised they yesterday to cancel my order and I will reverse my credit card payment. They said they could not ca cel because it's been shipped. BUT it's has never been shipped. USPS HAS NO RECORD OF THE TRACKING NUMBER, THEIR WEBSITE HAD NO RECORD OF THE ORDER NUMBER GIVEN TO ME. Suddenly today I received an email they are refunding my payment. Which company replirs to your emails for 10 days giving you different stories, saying they can't cancel and suddenly they send an email refunding the payment. ITS A SCAM DONT BUY DONT ORDER

I've NEVER had a package that was not delivered. Multiple emails exchanged, saying the same thing. I tried checking my tracking number with multiple shipping services and not one company nor the USPS can identify the tracking number. So money lost and NO PRODUCT! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! SHAME ON YOU!This company needs to be dealt with. Who knows how much money they've stolen from people.

The rating of three stars is for the customer service I received from Shevitality. They were prompt and professional when I emailed them. I received the incorrect product (cupping device). Shevitality were quick to answer my concerns and send me a replacement. Unfortunately, I received the same product again! At this stage I requested a refund. I wanted to give them a fair review and promised them this on getting a full refund. They were in touch quickly and I received a full refund. Now…what to do with two cupping device kits haha. I didn’t want to take a chance and receive the wrong product again. I’m kinda bummed to be honest as their reviews and star rating were excellent!
I tried to use this product, but the suction is so intense that you have to turn it off and stick your finger in between your skin and the device to get it off. Even with the oil it doesn’t glide at all it’s very painful. I would like a refund.

Unlike some, the product did arrive after quite a long delay (no surprise to learn that it came direct from China). The item arrived with very little instructions - 3 to be precise: 1. Choose intensity level...2. Select heat or red light therapy...3. Glide over skin. I have used the gadget twice, once just to test it out and then on the second occasion for the required '10 minutes on the affected area'. When testing the gadget, I was really quite shocked at the strength of the suction. Suction options 1-20, 1 being the weakest. I had it at number 1 and it griped hold of my skin so badly that I could not release the device, even by switching it off. So for the second attempt, I liberally applied the essential oil and did the recommended 10 minutes. I am now black,blue and purple all over my legs and buttocks, and the bruises are quite painful. It surely can't be good for you to use a device that causes this much internal bleeding. It feels like my buttocks and legs have been dragged for 100's of meters over a very rocky terrain. I would seriously think twice about this item!
