I placed a significant commercial order worth £1,309.02 for 132 kids’ t-shirts. The order arrived incomplete, with several items defective. There were serious printing issues and color contamination, and five t-shirts were visibly dirty and stained with ink, rendering them unsellable. The shipment arrived in a torn, open bag with no protective packaging. I shared clear photos of the damaged packaging, yet my concerns were ignored. Customer service was extremely poor; my issues were dismissed, no apologies were offered, and no accountability was taken for the damaged shipment. I was asked to pay to return faulty items for review. This level of quality control and support is unacceptable for such a significant order. I would caution any brand considering bulk orders.
Caution! I returned as an old customer, and it was a significant mistake. They have not improved; they sent the wrong items, and the handling of this was chaotic. There’s a consistent pattern in reviews indicating a lack of interest in resolving issues. They sent a completely incorrect item and instead of reprinting and resending, they merely refunded me and disengaged. This left us without a sale and damaged our reputation. I have since turned to other suppliers, and nothing has changed with this service. I will continue to share my experience until they address it.

I received an order printed with a completely different label, suggesting a lack of quality control. The lead times have exceeded 10 working days before shipping, which contradicts their claims. If you care about your brand's reputation, I recommend seeking alternatives or managing your own inventory.
I really wanted to have a great experience with this service. They have a strong sustainability philosophy and excellent product quality. However, the operational side hasn't matched up; a recent order of just 6 shirts took a month to arrive. The lack of communication was frustrating; I had to chase for updates. If this had been a direct customer order, it would have reflected poorly on our club. While the print quality is superb, I can no longer rely on them for accurate or timely fulfillment. I may explore other options.
