Bought a pair of Vans as a last-minute birthday gift. I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time, but the dispatch was almost immediate. They arrived two days ahead of schedule in perfect condition. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING A PURCHASE FROM THIS SERVICE TO THINK AGAIN. THIS HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.
I PLACED AN ORDER OVER A WEEK AGO AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. NO ITEM. NO UPDATES. NOTHING.
I EMAILED TWICE — ZERO RESPONSE. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS COMPLETELY OUT OF SERVICE.
TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I CANNOT EVEN GET A REFUND.
THE COMPANY SEEMS INCAPABLE OR UNWILLING TO PROVIDE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THE COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT IS UNACCEPTABLE. WHEN A COMPANY FAILS TO DELIVER ORDERS, IGNORES CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, AND REFUSES REFUNDS, IT RAISES SERIOUS DOUBTS ABOUT THEIR LEGITIMACY.
THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCES I’VE EVER HAD. I URGE OTHERS TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order on November 19th and have yet to receive it. I reached out to the support team but received no response. I've also attempted to cancel the order, but the system won't allow it. Disappointing service.
My order of boots arrived right on schedule, and the quality is definitely genuine. I deducted one star because the sizing was a bit tricky for this particular brand, but that’s more about the brand than the service. The variety is fantastic, and their website is user-friendly. I would definitely purchase from them again.
