Dont waste your money on this provider. They take over a month to respond to support/tickets, even when a server that you PAY for is un usable. You will get generic copy/paste responses to your messages clearly showing they dont even bother reading your ticket. Do yourself a favour and go with basically anyone else but shockbyte.
Avoid at all costs. They messed up my game server upgrade, making the server crash constantly and not be playable, and I never got a response back from support. Just ghosted completely. Tried demanding a refund, ignored. This is straight up scammy behavior. Avoid them.
Im hosting a minecraft server with them for almost 3 years. Its been a while since playing so i tried restarting my server but goes through a "waking up" process. Mine got stuck on it and im unable to use the control panel or anything else. Ive opened 3 tickets about this and ive been met with replies that didn't even read my issue and look automated. Its been 4 days and still nothing for help. The email i got from them says my ticket priority is low. it feels like they don't even care about it.
