Today I went to shoe show looking for some summer shoes that I could wear for yard work. After my experience with the cashier, I would not buy another pair of shoes from you if it was buy one get one free. Talking about rude lazy and disrespectful. Oh by the way I'm 72 years old. I Can see why so many stores are going out of business.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes online and 1 was way too small (all supposedly the same size) but they would not send me a return label because there was not manufacturer defect. I would need to return it to a physical store. I am not even close to one, so I would have to pay for shipping it back, and they told me as long as everything is perfect, then I might get a refund. If you’re going to buy shoes online, go with another online retailer. One who wants your online business.

I purchased a pair of Asics size 15, Gel Contend 8's, and they were cheaper than on Asics.com, and this is as a registered user on Asics, with free shipping. I received the order three days after it shipped. Worth it, I highly recommend it.

I went there to get a pair of sneakers. The older lady welcomed me and I proceeded to shop. They had a sale, but I only wanted one pair. Found a pair that fit and I liked. Went up with one shoe and 3 Hispanics came up too, the younger lady was looking at her cell and eating chips ahoy as though we weren't standing there. Then the Hispanic lady asked, "Do you have a cashier?" She took my sneaker and headed to the back, it was almost a 15 wait, so we all walked out. I was quite angry, but I'll go to their competition next time.

I HAD to write this review after I almost let the bad reviews stop me from ordering. After doing a lot of digging, most bad reviews are about shipping delays caused by the carrier, nothing this store has control of. I ordered my shoes at a great price, they were shipped out the SAME day, and arrived the next. The shoes were new and great. Honestly will be ordering my shoes from them now!!!
