Somehow, a vendor recorded my phone number with Shop. Years later, that number got spoofed and I received a new number. I order online and a code is sent to my old phone number. I contacted Shop and was told I can change the number when I sign in. I can't change the number because I need to first enter the code sent to the old number. Shop states they cannot make changes. So, there is no solution and I fear the sent codes will get my accounts hacked.
I love all of the products we have purchased over the 28 years we have been with this company. Since we have been shopping online with Shop.com, we have earned $3,520.52 in cash from our purchases! We have wonderful results from the Isotonix supplements and the skin care products are outstanding! The OPC-3 product has kept me off prescription blood thinners for years after pulmonary embolisms. The Joint Support Formula has relieved my husband's knee discomfort for years also. All in all, the excellent customer support by individual customer managers who help with any problems you might encounter far exceed the runaround you get with most online shopping experiences. We love Shop.com!
I have been using SHOP for several years and only had 1 issue and it got resolved, I see all the bad reviews, and I am sorry for that however I have zero bad to say about them, I have never had any issues with my products and alot of companies use SHOP for ordering
used them to order a product The company refunded my money and shop has not sent it to my account they just stole it. When I tried to contact them regarding this the only assistance was an automated bot that was completely useless. They have no customer service they don't care don't use this service go directly to the manufacturer's website and save yourself this hassle.
What a racket! Worst customer support ever. You try to cancel an order and are told you must contact the auto-ship company, then call another number to get a refund. I told them I wouldn’t, since this subscription was supposed to be canceled months ago. I told the company I would refuse delivery and dispute the charge through my credit card company. Oh my! Then I was told if I did that, they would have to put a BLOCK on my account. Ha-ha. Very funny. Avoid shop.com.
Absolutely the worst website. Completely inaccurate. All it is is a hey look at some other merchants. The does not tell you where, when or when the shipment will receive. It's always again totally inaccurate. If you use shop.com and our Merchant I will not purchase any goods from you.
