Recently placed and payment taken for an online order for a discounted tyre as flagged up by Google.Two days later received notification of a refund. No reason or explanation given as to why the product was so suddenly not available. Questionable advertising ? No such email received on 12/11 providing any explanation for non-availability.If I had at least received the courtesy of such I would not be reviewing as I have on Trustpilot.
My wife purchased a bike from Lind - Yamaha Newmarket, where Pierre provided excellent service. I felt sorry for him, as he patiently answered all our questions. I was impressed by his extensive knowledge, and he went into great detail explaining everything.
The speed in which my order came. I was kept informed of its whereabouts. Could have delivered a ming vase in the box, the amount of padding in it 🤣🤣1st time I've shopped with them so an online order for an arai that no other place had in my size was a little worrying £££ Needn't have. Brilliant service. And what a gorgeous thing it is imo 😍
