Unhelpful. Wish I used a different website provider instead. 2 parcels missing and now they just don’t care and won’t claim for me through Evri. Evri themselves haven’t responded to my emails either. Small business now out of pocket

Scammers

Ordered two sizes of the "Zara" brown blazer coat on 21 March, got email on 23 March saying order shipped. Not received anything yet. Definitely scammers- avoid!Edit: the video promoted the coat as a Zara product

Do not open you store on shopify

Waste of time and money, avoid at all cost if you planning to open your store. I have opened my which I regret, somebody copied my store and opened the same store on shopify displaying my logo, brand and my email just to scam people. Reported this to shopify but they answer was that they don't see any violation. They continue to let this site to scam people giving my brand a bad name. And I have invested £50k in to my business.

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid at all costs!I ordered a pair of shoes from Zeline in April, paying £50 through shopify!!! The shop disappeared shortly after, and I never received the shoes. I had to wait 30 days just to escalate the issue through Shopify, and now, 45 days later, I still haven’t received a refund or even a response from shopify customer service .This entire process has been a nightmare. Shopify has been completely unhelpful and seems to offer zero protection for customers — they continue to support scam stores like Zeline.I feel scammed, ignored, and incredibly frustrated. Worst online shopping experience ever. Stay away from both Zeline and any shop using Shopify if you care about your money and peace of mind.

Absolute fraud

Absolute fraud. Spent £142.00 on clothes that were supposedly delivered and then the shop disappeared. Emailed customer service. No help offered. No refunds. Just stealing your money. Do not purchase anything from Shopify or their shops. Absolute shithouse experience.

Customer service doesn't exist

Customer service doesn't exist. AI keeps asking silly question and not helpful at all. More and more customers using chargeback for get goods for free, no support or protection from Shopify at all. Will close my store soon.

Impossible to Cancel – Still Being Charged £25 Monthly

joined this platform hoping to find a side hustle opportunity, but it’s been very confusing to use, and I couldn’t figure out how to get started.When I decided to cancel my membership, I discovered there’s no clear way to contact customer service — no phone number or email that actually works. I’ve tried several times to reach the support team with no success, yet they continue to charge £25 every month.I’m writing this review in the hope that someone from the company will see it and help me cancel my membership immediately. I’m not using the service and haven’t sold anything at all. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would advise anyone thinking of joining to be cautious until the cancellation process is made clearer and more responsive.
